Established in 2014, Bastions Energy Group operates its international marketing center in Nanjing, while its photovoltaic modules are produced at Q-Sun Group’s manufacturing facilities in Tianchang and Yancheng. Backed by more than a decade of experience in photovoltaic module research, development, and production, Bastions Energy delivers over 4 GW of high-efficiency solar modules annually to nearly one million users in more than 50 countries and regions, continuously generating clean electricity and long-term economic value for customers around the world.

Bastions Energy solar modules are manufactured within the advanced production system of Q-Sun Group and comply with internationally recognized management standards. The production system has obtained certifications for Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001:2015), and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001:2018) issued by both DNV and GZCC.

Beyond ISO 9001, Bastions Energy has also adopted the national “GB/T19580-2012 Criteria for Performance Excellence.” This standard regulates not only product quality but also production waste control, environmental impact, and forward-looking management practices, which are essential requirements for building an “excellent” company.

Real-Time Monitored And Recorded

From incoming material inspection to online production, OBA testing, and delivery tracking, Bastions Energy utilizes an advanced MES system within the manufacturing facilities of Q-Sun Group, where all production data is interconnected in a single database to ensure complete product traceability.

The system assigns a unique barcode to every module component. Key information such as raw material suppliers, production operators, quality inspection results, and detailed manufacturing records can all be accessed online through the MES management system.

All production data is securely stored on internal servers for customer reference, enabling Bastions Energy to maintain full lifecycle traceability while continuously optimizing production processes and product reliability.

Standards IEC61215 And IEC61730

IEC Standards includes a series of tests for thermal cycling, damp heat, PID, UV, humidity freeze and hot spot. lt is designed to test whether or not modules can maintain their power output during adverse conditions throughout their lifetime.
